The model has simulated the first river discharges, and the order of magnitude seems allright...
This week the model allready came up with some surprising results. The river discharge for small catchments can be simulated allready, sooner than we expected and the results are still rough. On the other hand they were encouriging because the order of magnitude as ok. Still a lot of work needs to be done to improve the model, especially for larger areas where runoff coeffcients, rainfall and runoff will not be equal, as for a small catchment can be assumed.
Hopefully in April I will go to Indonesia to validate the results in the field, but the first results are very promising.
