It will help develop and roll out electronic payroll systems across GoSS, including the ten State governments. It is to assist in designing and implementing a pension system for GoSS civil servants. The Fund will also help in improving financial management systems, both at federal and state levels. Moreover, it will provide training for civil servants across government. In addition there will be a responsive window where applications are sought from GoSS Ministries, State Governments and Commissions for smaller-scale public sector reform and capacity building initiatives.
